Orders for overnight shipments must be placed befor 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday. Orders received after 1:00pm are shipped the next business day.

WT Nickell customers ordering through our website can rest assured that their communications are secured by a properly authenticated SSL certificate as evidence by the appearance of a little padlock in the frame of your internet browser. The security will be issued by the appopriate payment processing company of your choice when redirected from this website. WT Nickell also uses a number of secure programming methods to ensure that no one will ever be able to get at your account information and we will not release or sell your information to anybody for any reason.

Our email policy is very strict. We will not send many emails unless we are trying to personally contact you about an order or promotion that the company is running. The benefit of our occasional emails will be to give you the opportunity to take advantage of huge savings on overstocked sale items, as well as news on new products.
We will also only send you promotional emails pertaining to the items you have ordered from us in the past!

WT Nickell will NEVER sell any information collected from you. You can shop at our web site with full confidence that your personal and purchasing information will remain private from spammers and other unwanted emailers, postal mailers and the like.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your label order, you may return the unopened boxes for a full refund. WT Nickell will work with you to make sure that you are satisfied with your complete order and it arrives on time and in good condition.
- You, the customer must notify WT Nickell of a return within 30 days of receipt of the shipment. Returned boxes from the order must arrive at WT Nickell no later than 5 business days past the 30 day return period.
- You or your company may be eligible for other options such as merchandise exchange or a credit on a future orders instead of a refund. But don't worry, you will make the final determination on the option.
- Credit will apply on all unopened boxes returned to WT Nickell.
- It is your responsibility is to see that a good faith effort is made to make sure that boxes sent back to WT Nickell remain in good condition while in transit back to our Ohio facility.
- You may be held responsible for the initial shipping cost.
- We will cover all shipping costs if the order or material was either inaccurate or defective.
- The customer may be responsible for partial cost of the difference between ground and express service if expediting a replacement order becomes necessary.
